Access to and use of the services on this website (hereinafter Infinity Cosmetics) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
When the Customer accesses Infinity Cosmetics and uses its services, he explicitly agrees to the following terms and conditions. We therefore invite you to carefully read the following document.
All communications, agreements and news sent and received by Infinity Cosmetics are sent and received in electronic form. By using this site you agree that these communications have the same legal value as written communications.
How to order
On Infinity Cosmetics you can also place an order as a guest, that is, without registering, but to facilitate the process, we still recommend that you create your own account.
You can search for your products by browsing the site through the different categories you find in the main menu.
Once you have identified the product you are looking for, just click on"buy"from the product configuration screen.
To proceed with the purchase click on"cart"at the top right. Once you proceed to"checkout"and enter all the required information, you will receive an"order registration"email, and you will shortly receive an email confirming your order. If you don't receive the email right away, check your spam folder.
At that point the order will be concluded. As soon as the shipment is ready you will receive an email that will confirm it by giving you all the references for tracking the packages.
Orders
All orders sent to Infinity Cosmetics constitute a Customer contract proposal with Infinity Cosmetics. The fulfillment of the order by Infinity Cosmetics is equivalent to confirmation and acceptance of the same.
Each purchase made by the Customer must be considered concluded with the sending by Infinity Cosmetics of an email communicating the acceptance of the order and the"Order Number"to be used in any subsequent communication.
The Customer can check the status of the orders at any time by registering on the site and logging into his own reserved area.
Infinity Cosmetics has the right to accept or not the order sent by the Customer, without the latter being able to advance, in the event of non-acceptance, claims or rights, for any reason, including compensation.
Product characteristics and prices
Each product in the catalog contains images and descriptions owned by Infinity Cosmetics. All the prices of the products in the catalog are in euros and VAT included. Infinity Cosmetics reserves the right to change the list prices without notice.
Product warranty
Infinity Cosmetics guarantees only the integrity of the material of the products at the time of delivery. Any defects must be promptly communicated by e-mail containing the photographs attesting the damage, no later than 10 days from the delivery date, under penalty of forfeiture of the replacement.
The shipping costs necessary for the replacement of products are charged to the customer.
Special offers
Any special offers promoted by Infinity Cosmetics are linked to the actual availability of the products in stock or when indicated until the expiry date or goods out of stock.
