The Buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, the consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with T-Beauty Srl for Infinity Cosmetics, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal is recognized by the consumer in relation to any goods purchased by him on the website www.infinitycosmetics.it.

METHOD FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned deadline, the product / products purchased to the following address: Infinity Cosmetics Vicolo di Forma Rotta, 50 - 00132 ROME (RM)
The goods must be returned to Infinity Cosmetics in its original condition (unused, undamaged), complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything originally delivered to the customer, as well as packed in its original packaging. The returned product must be accompanied by a copy of the electronic receipt of the order. The costs of returning the goods to Infinity Cosmetics are charged to the customer.

METHOD OF RECEIVING THE REFUND
If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the Buyer in accordance with the aforementioned provisions, T-BEAUTY SRL Soc. Unipersonale is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer.
In particular, T-BEAUTY SRL Soc. Unipersonale will proceed free of charge with the transmission of the re-credit order, relating to the cost of the goods shipped, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the return, using the initial payment method. In case of cash on delivery, the Consumer expressly accepts that the refund will be made with an Online Voucher or, in the event that T-BEAUTY SRL Soc. Unipersonale is in possession of the customer's bank details, by bank transfer.
In the event that, in agreement with the Buyer, T-BEAUTY SRL Soc. Unipersonale has collected the returned goods, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. T-BEAUTY SRL Soc. Unipersonale has the right to reject any product returned with methods other than those specified above, as well as products returned in conditions other than those specified above or for which the costs of return, or the methods and times indicated for communicating the exercise of the right of withdrawal have not been respected.

EXCHANGE
It is possible to request the replacement of a product by first making the Return in the manner indicated above, or with a shipment to be paid by the Buyer or by requesting a collection organized by T-Beauty SRL which will charge the costs, paid by PayPal or cash on delivery to the receipt of the replacement good. Once the return has been successful, T-BEAUTY SRL Soc. Unipersonale will ship the requested replacement product without charging additional transport costs.

T-BEAUTY SRL Soc. Unipersonale reserves the right to apply a different rate depending on the place from which to collect the product / s in question.
