Cash on delivery / Cash on delivery:
By choosing the cash on delivery method of payment, available only for purchases made in Italy, the Customer will have the opportunity to place the order without any prepayment of the goods. The actual payment is made, in cash, upon delivery directly to the courier.
Cash on delivery payment can only be made in cash, only by customers registered on the site. Cash on delivery has an additional cost of 3.00..
To facilitate the delivery of the product, the Customer is required to be in possession of the exact amount of the order at the time of delivery since the Courier may not be able to return the correct change.

SHIPPING TIMES AND METHODS

The purchased goods, together with the relevant invoice, are delivered by courier to the address specified by the Customer at the time of the online order. Any specific needs must be proposed by the customer to Infinity Cosmetics. 

-Italy:Infinity Cosmetics guarantees the delivery of the goodsin Italywithin 24/48 h starting from the date of receipt of the confirmation of the transaction. (For payment by cash on delivery, the 24/48 hours will be counted from the date of receipt of the order via e-mail). In the event that the customer chooses the cash on delivery method, payment must be made exclusively by cash, to be delivered directly to the courier upon receipt of the goods.

- Europe: Infinity Cosmeticsguarantees the delivery of the purchased product in all European countrieswithin 7/10 working days tostarting from the date of receipt of the conferm of the transaction.

In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, at the address indicated by him in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try again a second time; if the recipient is still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender (Infinity Cosmetics).

TRACKING OF THE SHIPMENT
