HOW INFINITY POINTS ARE EARNED?

Earning points is very simple!
Just perform the various actions listed in the section  "How to accumulate points" by clicking on the icon with the Crown that you find at the bottom right. 

If you make a purchase, you earn 1 INFINITY POINT for every euro spent.
There are tons of other ways to earn points, find them all!


WHAT ARE THE AWARDS?

By clicking on the same icon you can discover the prizes up for grabs in the section "Awards" .


WHERE CAN I FIND MY POINTS BALANCE?

Log in and then click on the crown icon, you will see your updated points balance.

 

HOW THE AWARDS ARE REDEEMED?

1. Log in
2. Click on the Crown icon
3. Open the "Awards" section
4. Click on the chosen prize
5. Click on the "Redeem" button

You will be provided with a discount code of the value of the prize, to be applied in the cart in the "Discount code" section before completing the purchase.

 

N.B. You cannot use INFINITY POINTS if you use another discount code.

Points expire after 1 year from the moment they have been credited, if they are not collected within this period of time, they will be automatically deleted from the system.

 

 The Fidelity Club program is NOT active for Resellers and / or Make Up Artists.
